For me, I’m torn between my identities of pastor and geek. I want to be able to talk about what I like and relate to (geeky stuff), but I know most people I interact with regularly will have no idea what I’m talking about.

I have not seen any of Gene Luen Yang’s work but I’ll check it out.
I need to correct myself. Actually I have seen some of his work in the Avatar series.
I think you’ll like it, Frank. He’s pretty amazing. Start with “American Born Chinese.”
That sounds like the beginnings of a fascinating book… 🙂
