One reply on “Emboldened with Tara Beth Leach”
I loved the vision that Tara Beth gave of her grandchildren one day finding this book and, being puzzled, asking her, “Grandma, why did you have to write this book? This makes no sense!” My wife and I are trying to parent with a similar dream in mind for the sake of our children and their children and those that they are able to minister to with the power of their love. It’s a vision of, as Carolyn Custis James puts it, “the Blessed Alliance.” I think the emboldening of women can happen only if we believe that all people are harmed when we are not able to “be subject to one another out of reverence to Christ.” This emboldening of women involves everyone and is for the good of everyone. I would love to see churches equip and empower the whole of the congregation to flourish in each one’s God-given giftings.
