Hahaha, Matt, that was the best potato chip-creating podcast I have every witnessed. And I mean that.

For Clay, the first historical potato chip flavor that came to my mind was hardtack. I suggest baking the chip three or four times; the obligatory dust should be made of sea salt and powdered bugs.

I think some kind of bear-flavored chip is in order for JR., in tribute to his beard. Failing that, I propose a funfetti chip. Because I can tell he is a fun person.

You could also look to Starbucks for inspiration. Salted Caramel Chip. Peppermint Mocha Chip. Java Chip Chip.

Beth I accept your challege. Not for a beard-flavored chip (most of my food ends up at least beard seasoned sorry for the overshare). But for a funfetti chip. Look for the extra soon 😀

So I appreciate the entertainment value of this episode but there is one minor problem with the experiment…no dust. The dust is vital to the chip experience. Yes, Matt, you had syrup and nugget crumbs to lick off of your fingers but the dust is key…

That being said…you issued a challenge and here are my suggestions.

JR – Habanero chips. Or in honor of the Bridge Cafe…coffee chips

Clay – We can’t forget he wrote a book about zombies. What do zombie eat? Brain. Now, I can’t in good conscience recommend that Clay eat human brain. However, my grandfather (who grew up in the hills of Tennessee) use to eat squirrel brains. Therefore, I recommend that Clay embrace his inner zombie and try the squirrel brain chip.

I will be expecting those extra episodes in the near future.

Love the show!
