The trailer is here for what might be the most frightening movie of the summer, a film about demonic activity and the nature of evil. If the trailer is this freaky I can’t imagine what the feature length product will be like.
Deliver Us From Evil is the forthcoming film from director Scott Derrickson (Sinister, The Exorcism of Emily Rose). This movie stars Eric Bana and is based on actual events experienced by NYPD Sergeant Ralph Sarchie.
I’m also intrigued by the release date of July. Glad to see a studio stepping away from the typical October or January release for horror. Well done movies in this genre could very well be blockbusters. And what better time than those hot summer days to get chilled to the bone. *insert maniacal laugh here*
